I was in desperate need of a tire on my UTV. I called at 4 pm and the manager said they could get one delivered to their store and even be able to put it on before they closed. So I rushed down and sure enough, they were able to squeeze me in at the very end of their day! I greatly appreciated their willingness to help me out. It would have been easy to have told me to just come the next day, but they made the extra effort to accomodate me. I'll definitely be back!
We would like to express our gratitude to the folks at this automotive store. we were traveling on vacation from Arizona and was stranded with a flat tire. we were able to make it to the Store there in Oklahoma City where we were treated with so much respect and caring attitudes. everyone there took such great care of us when we needed it most. they changed out out flat with the spare at no charge *** Now that is exemplary customer service. they really showed they cared. Thanks to all who helped us....
